Pilates <50

Pilates is a full-body workout designed to strengthen the abdominal, pelvic and back muscles, known as the “powerhouse”. The session combines strengthening exercises with guided breathing. Pilates helps improve posture and harmonise body and mind.

PLEASE BRING: a gym mat

PLEASE NOTE: you must change your shoes before entering the hall! Sports shoes must not be worn as everyday footwear.
